التركيب :
كل قرص يحتوي على : سينارزين 25 مجم
الخواص :
سينارزين يزيل سريعا أعراض اضطرابات الدورة الدموية بالمخ والأطراف ، ويمنع نوبات الصداع .
سينارزين يعيد الدورة الدموية بالمخ إلى طبيعتها .
سينارزين يزيد من اندفاع النبضات الشريانية .
سينارزين يساعد على إلتئام قرح الساق .
سينارزين يزيل أعراض اضطرابات الأذن الداخلية .
سينارزين يزيل أو يخفف من الشعور بالغثيان والقيء .
دواعي الاستعمال :
- اضطرابات الدورة الدموية بالمخ .
- اضطرابات الدورة الدموية الطرفية .
- الوقاية من الدوار الحركي .
نواهي الاستعمال :
يجب الحذر من سينارزين في حالات احتباس البول ، والجلوكوما ، والنهابات الاثنى عشر .
يراعى تقليل الجرعة في حالات مرضى الفشل الكلوي والكبدي .
لا يستعمل سينارزين في المرضى الذين يعانون من البورفريا الحادة .
الأعراض الجانبية :
رغبة في النوم ، ارتكاريا ، دوخة ، صداع جفاف بالحلق ،عدم وضوح رؤية

For The Medical Profession Only Cinnarizine - 25
Tablets For Cerebral and Peripheral Circulatory Disorders Composition : Each tablet contains: Cinnarizine 25 mg Properties: Cinnarizine produces fast relief of various symptoms of cerebral & peripheral circulatory disorder and prevent attacks of vascular headache such as migraine. It normalizes arterial cerebral circulation time & curves & improves cerebral irrigation in patients suffering from cerebral circulation disorders and in patients suffering from vasospastic disorders (Raynaud's disease), Cinnarizine- 25 normalizes arterial pulsation. The drug significantly increases the rate of inflow pulsation & the blood flow in the most affected limb as well as the walking distance of patients suffering from intermittent claudication. Cinnarizine-25 reduces the healing time of the crural ulcers. It reduces or eliminates symptoms of vestibular disturbances, vertigo,tinnitus and autonomic manifestations( nausea, vomiting, pallor and cold extremities) and reduces or prevents future episodes. Indications & Usage:
1- Cerebral circulatory disorders including:-Dizziness, Ear buzzing (tinnitus), Vomiting in Meniere's syndrome,
2- Peripheral circulatory disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, 3- Prophylaxis of motion sickness. Contra-indications: • Used with caution in: 1- Prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, glaucoma, pylorodeudenal obstruction due to its antimuscarinic activity.
2- Hepatic disease & dose reduction may be necessary in renal impairment. • Risk of hypotension with high doses. * Avoid in prophyria. Side Effects:
1- Such as somnolence and gastro-intestinal disturbance are extremely rare. They are transient and may be readily prevented by achieving the optimal dosage gradually.
2- Allergic skin reaction, fatigue.
3- Rarely extrapyramidal syndrome in elderly on prolonged therapy.
4- Drowsiness. 5- Headache 6-Antimuscarinic effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, palpitation and arrhythmias. Drug Interactions: Combination therapy with other drug is possible whenever indicated. Warning &Precautions: Drowsiness may affect performance of skilled tasks e.g:- Driving and effect of Alcohol is enhanced. Dosage & Administration : - Vestibular disorder : one tablet 3 times daily. -Motion sickness: one tablet 2 hours before travel then half tablet every 8 hours during journey if necessary. N.B.: It should be taken after meals. Packages:Strips of 10 tablets in boxes of 2 strips. 1000 tablets in strips.
