• يستعمل هذا الدواء للكبار والاطفال من سن 15 سنة وأكثر.
• لاتستعمل هذا الدواء
- إذا كان لديك تفاعلات ضارة تجاه أي ملال المواد الداخلة في الكبسولة
التركيب :

فيما يستخدم هذا دواء كولومنت كبسول :
تميز كبسولات کولومنت بفاعليتها في الحضاء على تقلصات القولون. تحتوي الكبسولات على زيت النعناع، الذي يسبب ارتخاء العضلات الموجودة بجدار | القولون وبذا تزول التقلصات التي تسبب الالم ويزول الشعور بالانتفاخ نتيجة سهولة التخلص من الغازات المتراكمة بالأمعاء أعراض القولون العصبي تشمل ألم، تقلصت وانتفاخ بين المنطقة الاربية، السرة والجانبين مصاحبة بإسهال و إمساك. وقد تلاحظ هذه الأعراض عندما تشعر بإجهاد و قلق هذا الدواء مناسب لمعظم المرضى ولكن هناك قلة من المرضى لايجب تناولهم هذا الدواء
استشر طبيبك في هذه الحالات الآلية ،
- الاصابة لأول مرة بهذه الأعراض
- إذا كنت تبلغ من العمر 40 سنة أو أكل وعاودتك الأعراض مرة أخرى بعد فترة من آخر إصابة بأعرابي القولون العصبي، أو تغيرت أعراضك
- إذا ساءت حالتك ولم يحدث تحسن في خلال أسبوعين
- تناول أي عقاقير لسوء الهضم
- نزول دم من خلال القولون .فيء أو غثيان
- فقدان الشهية أو الوزن بدون سبب معراف . إذا كنت مجهد أو شاحب. : إمساك حاد
- السفر حديثا
- نزف غير طبيعي من الرحم أو تفري
- صعوبة أو ألم عند مرور البول إذا كانت أي من الحالات السابقة تنطبق ع بك أو سبق أنك عانيت منها،
استشر طبيبك. في حالة الحمل والرضاعة
استشر طبيبك قبل تناول هذا الدواء في - الة الحمل ، الاستعداد لحدوث حمل أو توقع حدوث حمل أو في حالة الرضاعة
بعض المكونات قد تسبب اضطرابات
قد يسبب زيت النعناع تفاعلات حساسية في حالات نادرة جدا (طفح، صداع، بطء ضربات القلب، فقدار التوافق الحركي وهزة. هذه الأعراض قد تحدث مع الكحول.|
كيف تتناول هذا الدواء :
- للاستعمال عن طريق الفم فقط.
- لانتناول هذه الكبسولات بعد الأكل مباشرة .
- لاتناول هذه الكبسولات في نفس الوقت مع عقاقير سوء الهضم حيث أنها قد تبطل مفعول الكبسولات
- لاتمضغ أو تكسر الكبسولة قبل البلع.
- كولومنت كبسولات جيلاتينية رخوة ذات كسوة معوية والتي تعمل على حماية الكبسولات من التفتت في المعدة ومرورها سليمة إلى الأمعاء حيث تذوب ويخرج زيت النعناع
الأطفال تحت سن 15 سنة
لايوصی استعمال كبسولات کولومنت للاطفال تحت سن 15 سنة.
الجرعة الكبار والاطفال 15 سنة و أكثر .
تناول كبسولة واحدة ثلاثة مرات وميا. إذا كانت الاعراض شديدة، يمكن زيادة الجرعة إلى ۲ كبسولة ثلاثة مرات يوميا
تناول الكبسولات حتى زوال الأعراض، عادة في خلال أسبوع إلى أسبوعين يمكن مد فترة العلاج من أسبوعين إلى ثلاثة أسابيع، في حالة استمرار الأعراض
استشر طبيبك إذا ظهرت أعراض جديدة إذا اشتدت الأعراض
الآثار الجانبية المتوقع حدوثها
ككل العقاقير قد تسبب كبسولات کولومنذ آثار جانبية، بالرغم من أنها لاتحدث لكل فرد وعادة تكون خفيفة إذا حدثت أي من الأعراض الجانبية توقف عن تناول الدواء واستشر طبيبك في الحال هناك آثار جانبية تشمل ، |
- حرقان مؤقت بالمعدة. إذا كنت تعاني من حرقان بالمعدة والذي قد يشتد بعد تناول كبسولات الكوانت، توقف عن استعمال هذا المستحضر وأستشر طبيبك . .
- تهيج بالشرج
- إذا لاحظت أي آثار جانبية غير مدونة بهذه النشرة أو إذا كان لديك أي شك. إستشرطبيبك
الحفظ
يحفنة في درجة حرارة لاتزيد عن 30° في مكان جاف. تحفظ الادوية بعيدا عن متناول الأطفال.

علبة كرتون تحتوي على 14 كبسولة جيلا بتيلة رخوة في شريطين ألومنيوم بي في سي شفاف بكل شريط

1- NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT: Colomint Enteric Coated Soft Gelatin Capsules 2- QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION : Each capsule contains : Active Ingredient : Peppermint Ol
0.2 ml Inactive Ingredients: None 3- PHARMACEUTICAL FORM : Enteric Coated Soft Gelatin Capsules 4- CLINICAL PARTICULARS 4.1 Therapeutic indications : For the relief of the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome 4.2 Posology and method of administration For oral use. Adults : One capsule three times a day. This dosage may be increased to two capsules three times a day if discomfort is severe. The capsules should be taken until symptoms resolve which would normally be within one or two weeks. The treatment can be continued for longer periods between 2 to 3 months, when symptoms are more persistent Elderly: As adult dose. Children : There is no experience in the use of these capsules in children under the age of 15. 4.3 Contraindications: None. 4,4 Special warnings and precautions for use : The capsules should be swallowed whole, i.e, not broken or chewed. Patients who already suffer from heartburn sometimes have an exacerbation of this symptom after taking Colomint Treatment should be discontinued in these patients. The patient should be advised to consult a doctor before use in the following circumstances : • first presentation of these symptoms for confirmation of irritable bowel syndrome, * aged 40 years or over and it is some time since the last attack, or the symptoms have changed • blood has been passed from the bowel
there is feeling of sickness or there is vomiting • loss of appetite or loss of weight * paleness and tiredness • severe constipation
fever *recent foreign travel pregnancy or planning a pregnancy or possibly pregnant abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge difficulty or pain in passing urine If there are new symptoms or worsening of the condition or failure to improve over two weeks, the patient should consult their doctor. 4.5 Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction : The capsules should not be taken immediately after food. Indigestion remedies should not be taken at the same time as Colomint. 4.6 Pregnancy and lactation: There are no data available to establish the safety of Colomint in pregnancy, therefore it should be used only if, in the opinion of the physician, the possible benefits of treatment outweighs the possible hazards. Levels of menthol were not detectable in plasma or saliva following administration of Colomint indicating rapid first pass metabolism. Significant levels of menthol in breast milk are thought to be unlikely. 4.7 Effect on ability to drive and use machines : None. 4.8 Undesirable effects : Occasional heartburn, perianal irritation; allergic reactions to menthol, which are rare, include erythematous rash, headache, bradycardia, muscle tremor and ataxia, which may occur in conjunction with alcohol. 4.9 Overdose : In the event of overdosage, the stomach should be emptied by gastric lavage. Observations should be carried out with symptomatic treatment if necessary. 5. PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES 5.1 Pharmacodynamic properties : Antispasmodic and carminative. The mode of action is local rather than systemic. The enteric coating delays opening of the capsule until it reaches the distal small bowel. Peppermint oil is then slowly released as the matrix passes along the qut. The oil exerts a local effect of colonic relaxation and a fall of intra-colonic pressure. Pharmacological studies have demonstrated that peppermint oil exerts its inhibitory effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle by interference with the mobilization of calcium ions. 5.2 Pharmacokinetic properties.
