کولوسبازمين فورت أقراص مضاد للتقلص

كل قرص يحتوي على : أيدروكلوريد الميبيفيرين.

كولوسبازمين فورت (أيدروكلوريد الميبيفيرين) يعمل كمضاد للتقلصات و الإضطرابات في الجهاز المعدي المعوى وله تأثير مباشر على العضلات اللاإرادية في القولون . و لكونه يعمل على إسترخاء العضلات وليس له التأثيرات الجانبية المشابهة للأتروبين فإنه يمكن إستعماله في حالات الجلوكوما ( المياه الزرقاء) أو تضخم البروستاتا .الخواص :
حركية الدواء :
بعد تعاطى الدواء بالفم يتم إمتصاص ميبيفيرين بواسطة الجهاز المعدي المعوى ، و يصل تركيز إلى الذروة في البلازما خلال ۱-۳ ساعة بعد الأعطاء بالفم . و حوالی ۷۵٪ من الميبيفيرين ترتبط مع بروتينات البلازما ، وتحدث عملية الأيض بشكل كامل له و ينتج عنها حمض فيراتريك ، و كحول الميبيفيرين . ويتم إخراج نواتج الأيض عن طريق البول .
دواعى الإستعمال :
القولون العصبي الأولى و من أعراضه الإسهال الدائم ، و الإمساك و ألم البطن . القولون العصبي الثانوى المصحوب بالالتهابات الموضعية في الجهاز الهضمى ، قرح المعدة ، إلتهاب الردب القولونی ، إلتهاب القناة الهضمية. الجرعة وطريقة الإستعمال : الكبار : قرص واحد ثلاث مرات يومية ، ويفضل قبل الأكل .
- لا يستعمل للاطفال
إحتياطات :
يجب إستعمال کولوسبازمين فورت بحذر في الحالات الأتية: - المرضى بقصور واضح في وظائف الكبد أو الكلى . - المرضى بالقلب . مضادات التقلصات ، و من بينها كولوسبازمين فورت ،لا تستعمل في حالات التليف الكيسي. بالرغم من أن التجارب على الحيوانات قد أظهرت سلامة إستعماله ، إلا أنه لا ينصح بتعاطي كولوسبازمين فورت أثناء الحمل . كذلك لا ينصح باستعماله لمرضى داء الفرفيرين . علاج الجرعة المفرطة : لا يوجد تریاق محدد ، و يمكن إجراء غسيل معدة و علاج أعراضی مناسب .موانع الإستعمال :
فرط الحساسية للمستحضر * إنسداد معوي شللی .
الأعراض الجانبية :
أثبت کولوسبازمينه فورت أنه دواء يمكن تحمله بسهولة في جرعاته العلاجية الأعراض الجانبية نادرة، يمكن إن تتضمن إضطرابات في الجهاز المعدى المعوي ، الدوخة والصداع الأرق ، و الإكتئاب . في حالات نادرة جدا قد تحدث تفاعلات حساسية و تشمل طفح جلدى، ارتيكاريا، و أوديما وعائية
التخزين : يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد عن 30 العبوة : كولوسبازمينه فورت أقراص شرائط بكل 10 أقراص . كولوسبازمين فورت أقراص اعلب بكل ۳۰ او ۱۰۰۰ قرص .

COLOSPASMIN® FORTE
Tablets
Antiispasmodic
Composition: Each tablet contains: Mebeverine hydrochloride
135 mg Properties: Colospasmin® Forte (mebeverine) is a musculotropic antispasmodic used in gastrointestinal disorders. It has a direct action on colonic muscular activity, especially in colonic hypermotility. Colospasmin® Forte, being entirely a smooth muscle relaxant without atropine-like effects, is not contraindicated in patients with glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy.
Pharmacokinetics: Following oral administration, mebeverine is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract; peak plasma concentrations are achieved within 1 - 3 hours after dosing. Mebeverine is about 75% bound to plasma proteins, and is completely metabolized by hydrolysis to veratric acid and mebeverine alcohol. The metabolites are excreted in the urine. Indications: • Primary irritable colon characterized by persistent diarrhoea, alternating constipation and diarrhoea, abdominal pain and postprandial distention. • Secondary irritable colon due to organic lesions such as regional enteritis, diverticulitis, specific and non-specific inflammations of the gastrointestinal tract. Dosage and Administration: Adults 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. - Not recommended for children. Precautions: • Colospasmin® Forte should be used with caution in: - Patients with marked hepatic or renal impairment. - Patients with cardiac disorders such as heart block. • Antispasmodics, including Colospasmin®Forte, are not recommended for the symptomatic treatment of distal intestinal syndrome in cystic fibrosis. . Though experiments in rats and rabbits have shown mebeverine hydrochloride not to be teratogenic, Colospasmin®Forte is better avoided during pregnancy. • Colospasmin®Forte is considered to be unsafe in patients with porphyria.
Treatment of overdosage There is no specific antidote; gastric lavage and symptomatic treatment are recommended. Contra-indications: • Hypersensitivity to the product. • Paralytic ileus. Side - Effects: • Colospasmin®Forte has proved to be well-tolerated in therapeutic doses. The side effects are rare, they may include gastrointestinal distrurbances, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and depression.In very rare cases allergic reactions have been reported especially erythematous rash, urticaria and angio-eodema. STORAGE: Store at temperature not exceeding 30. Packaging: Colospasmin®Forte Tablets :Blisters of 10 tablets each. Colospasmin®Forte Tablets :Boxes of 20 or 1000 tablets;each.
